We will send shipping details (tracking if available) once your order ships.

PROCESSING & SHIP TIMES:
All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they were received, with the exception of READY TO SHIP items. Ready to ship items ship within 2 days of having been ordered. If you need your order RUSHED please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to ensure timely delivery, and available production time.
If you entered an incorrect delivery address during checkout, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.
Note: upgraded shipping will only upgrade transit times once shipped, it WILL NOT change the production time required for your order.

CUSTOMIZATION, MONOGRAMS & EMBROIDERY:
If you are ordering monogrammed items, please include your details in the "note to seller" section during check out.
Customization may additional time to production. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP FASTER if its small or non-customized.

BULK PRICING:
Bulk pricing discounts start at:
6 for mens neckties; (4 week lead time)
20 for pashminas; (10 day lead time)
12 for robes (3 week lead time).
We can typically make ship large orders faster, RUSH orders void any discounts and MAY be subject to additional RUSH production and shipping fees.
We do not offer bulk discounts for any other items.
Bulk pricing does not apply to RUSH ordered items or to sale items. Multiple discounts may not be applied to new or existing orders.

As all our items are made to order for each specific customer, all our items are non-returnable, and all sales are final, but please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item so we may see how we can fix the issue.
