Products & Availability

All HH products are made to order in the United States. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in fabric placement, texture, and construction may occur and are considered part of the product’s character.

We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or modify products, pricing, and descriptions at any time without notice.

Production Times

Current production lead times are typically 3–8 business days before shipment. During holidays, wedding season, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may increase.

Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.

Colors & Product Representation

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings, lighting, fabric type, and printing process.

Handmade & Specialty Fabrics

Many HH products are created using specialty fabrics and handmade production methods. Minor variations, light creasing from shipment, and subtle irregularities are not considered defects.

Ties may be lightly ironed or steamed on a low setting if needed after arrival.

Returns & Exchanges

Because products are made to order, all sales are generally considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect style selection, event cancellations, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Intellectual Property

All HH designs, prints, product photography, branding, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of HH and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

HH shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability relating to any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product ordered.

Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and store operations. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
