CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED orders
Every item that you purchase from us is custom made for YOU. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please be sure to read the item description for measurements and details. If you still need help or guidance, please contact us BEFORE ordering.
In the event there was a mistake or error with your order that was our fault (it is possible, we're all human) please reach out to us within 3 days of receipt and we'll send you a new item right away.
MONOGRAMS || EMBROIDERY || CUSTOMIZATIONS
For monogrammed orders, please include your details in the comment box when checking out.
Monogram & customization specific vary by item, details can be found in the DESCRIPTION of each item - or send a message (info@haydenharlow.com) with any questions.
LINING and INNER TIES for our robes
LINING:
Lining is available for our White LuxCotton robes only.

You can add the lining by including the following listing when you check out.
INNER TIES:
Stretch Velvet & Stretch Jersey robes come with inside ties & an outer belt tie.
Our cotton robes do not come with inner ties standard - if you'd like inner ties added, please include a note with your order (there is no charge to add the ties - but you must request them - and may add a few days to production).
Children's sizes do not have inner ties (because they are designed to fit a range of sizes/heights)
RUSH || READY to SHIP || DELIVERY TIMES & SCHEDULING
Since we make each order specifically for you, typical orders ship within 2 weeks. Monogrammed, customized orders may take a few days longer, please plan accordingly.
Need your order by a specific date? Be sure to include your need-by date in the comments when checking out.
We can do last minute, non-customized, orders (shipping within 1-3 days), contact us BEFORE ordering to check current delivery times.
US orders ship with FedEx home delivery (1-5 days transit): you can upgrade to overnight or two-day transit for an extra fee.
TAXES & DUTIES if you're outside the US
Orders outside of the United States MAY be subject to local duties and taxes. They are YOUR responsibility. These are not shipping costs, but your local taxes. Please check with your local post office to see if you will be subject to additional taxes/duties or customs fees in order to receive your items.
Shipment costs are completely paid in FULL by us when the items are tendered to the US Postal Service, FedEx or DHL. We will not refund or cancel any purchase refused or returned due to failure to pay proper local tax.

REGULAR and PETITE sizes are only available for our LuxCotton/lace and Stretch Velvet robes at this time. (all other robe styles can be made shorter by special request only)
Care Instructions
All our robes can be hand washed or dry cleaned. Cotton robes will shrink after machine washing. Iron as needed, (medium hot iron). Machine washing, and hot water washing is not recommended.
you WILL NEED TO IRON our items wearing, since they are shipped rolled, they will be wrinkled when you unwrap them.
