Because every HH piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, event cancellations, or incorrect style/color selections.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a quality issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Please Note

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and fabric type.
  • Handmade items may contain slight variations that are part of the production process.
  • Ties may arrive with light creasing from shipping and can be lightly ironed or steamed on a low setting if needed.

Wedding & Event Orders

We strongly recommend ordering in advance for weddings and events to allow time for production and any potential adjustments.
